The Alchemist, by Paulo Coelho

"I think it's a pretty good (book) because it shows how you should follow your dreams even though the obstacles along the way may put you down and may seem overwhelming. It talks about the treasure you'll find in the end if you listen to your heart and follow it."

Death Be Not Proud, By John Gunther

"This book is a deep book. It makes you think how you want people to remember you after you pass away. Johnny Gunther spent months in bed because of a brain tumor and eventually died. People around him were deeply moved because of his character."

Blink of an Eye, by Ted Dekker

"This is the number one best books that I've ever read in my life. It's one of the best spiritual books, it kept my attention, and it was very fast paced. I HIGHLY recommended this book to EVERYONE!"

By Lauren, Homeschooled

"This was an OK book, but I didn't really feel like I could connect to any of the characters. It also had some explicit parts that I didn't think were necessary."

Exile: The Lady Grace Mysteries, by Grace Cavendish.

"Fabulous, exciting, new people, new adventures, & a great ending! I thought it was wondrous when a new foreign princess came to England, which started the whole story."

The 310: Everything She Wants, by Beth Killian

"I still like Beth Killian's writing style, but in this book she turns her heroine into too much of a female player. Eva is supposed to be a contrast to all the Hollywood glamour types with 5 boyfriends, but in this book she acts like she's joined them."

Diva, by Alex Flinn

"This was a great book. It kind of reminded me of the movie "Raise Your Voice." A girl with past issues finds her potential and excels at a music school. I really enjoyed it."

By Adrienne, Southeast High School

"The author did a great job on letting the readers feel suspense, and when the mystery was solved I had a great shock on knowing who was behind all this. I wish the author grabbed my attention a little earlier."

The A-List, By Zoey Dean

"The storyline was a little scattered, but this book was still an overall good one. It shows all the glitz, glamour, and utter chaos of Los Angeles."
